Solidarity Coalition works with individuals and communities exposed to conflict, displacement, disaster, and prolonged socioeconomic hardship. We prioritize populations experiencing the psychological and social consequences of trauma, particularly in settings where access to safe and supportive services is limited.
Our approach recognizes the lasting impact of trauma and profound loss on emotional well-being, family dynamics, and community cohesion.
We address the needs of people facing acute and chronic stress, trauma-related symptoms, and other mental health challenges, including those resulting from instability and crisis.
Solidarity Coalition supports mental health and medical health workers, volunteers, and community service providers who operate in high-stress and trauma-exposed environments.
By strengthening their skills and resilience, and providing psycho-emotional support and mentoring while operating under extraordinary conditions to help prevent burn-out and 2ndary trauma, we contribute to maintaining local provider health and resilience, and a more effective, trauma-informed service delivery system, now and into the future.
